Methodologies
ONLINE SURVEYS
Partnering up with a number of panel providers globally to help us reach the right audience for you and ask them about their thoughts, attitudes, behaviours, etc.
IN-DEPTH INTERVIEWS
1-1 interviews with your target audience either in-person or online to get in-depth insights. We also offer the option of video (recorded) interviews for quick insights.
FOCUS GROUPS
Online focus groups, moderated either via video or chat to make sure we keep young audiences engaged. This methodology focuses on group dynamics on certain topics, concepts, ideas, etc.
DIARY ENTRIES
Participants report their interactions and experiences as they occur throughout their day to capture user behaviours, activities, and experiences in context.
